We accept most insurances and managed care plans. We also provide discounts for Medicaid recipients, students (with proper identification ), and military personnel.

Full payment must be made on the day your procedure is performed either by cash, money order, cashier's check, or Major credit card. ( the credit card owner must be present to sign the sales receipt if a credit card is used) unless prior insurance arrangements have been made
